 Convert To Floating-Point Gray

This function is used convert the current image into a floating point image (1 plane of IEEE Floating Point complex data, 32-bits real + 32-bits imaginary).   The magnitude of the complex image is always displayed with the range corrected for viewing.

When the image source is color, the color data is converted into a grayscale value of the same bit depth.  This value is then converted into a fraction between 0 and 1 for the real portion of the image.  The imaginary portion of the complex data is 0.

When the image source is monochrome, the value is converted into a fraction between 0 and 1 for the real portion of the image.  The imaginary portion of the complex data is 0.

This function does nothing if the image is already the correct type.

This function works on the current image.  The result is a new image.
