View Macro Recorder

This function is used to enable or disable the Macro Recorder window.  The Macro Recorder window is used to start, pause, and stop recording of a macro within eclipse.  The Detail button allows you to see the macro contents as it is being recorded.  It is on by default but can be turned off in order save screen real estate.  Turning Detail off puts the macro recorder window into its minimum window state.  When not in minimum state, the window size can be adjusted.

The Menu Item will have a check next to it if it is currently visible.  Since it is a floating window, it can be positioned anywhere without decreasing the screen real estate available for images.  It will cover any images below it however, so for very large images you may need to turn this window off.

See Record a Macro for more information on how to use this function.
