XY Maximum Projection |
This function creates one maximum projected image from all of the images in the movie. It is equivalent to applying Boolean Max to all of the layers in the stack at once. This feature is ideal for creating one in-focus bright image (like a fluorescent or darkfield image).
Hint: Deconvolve the image set
prior to using XY Maximum Projection (see Deconvolve
Plugin).
Notes: A movie window is basically the same as an image
window, except that it contains multiple images (or frames). With Eclipse, movies are nearly always
saved as multi-layer TIFF images.
Video files such as AVI and MPG are not acceptable since they normally
use lossy compression techniques that lose image information in favor of
reducing file size. To create an AVI from a movie see AVI plugin.
