Generally, most of our customers are performing different tasks or doing unique research with our software and in many cases we have either written or helped them develop macros, Windows scripts or OLE applications at no extra charge providing immediate imaging solutions. With all of the features in our software and because of the custom application development, phone support, relatively low cost and free electronic software upgrades, (Yes free software upgrades we are not normal to the industry!) buying our software is like joining an exclusive imaging club. Our philosophy is and has been that as long as our clients' hardware permits and their current system is running, we will provide free electronic software upgrades from our FTP site. Our dealers may also upgrade their local customers knowing full well that they have our endorsement. |
