All our systems are thoroughly tested in-house prior to delivery, wherever possible. However, if you encounter any problems with your system or are trying to integrate one of our systems with an existing system (i.e. linking to an existing LAN or WAN) please feel free to contact us.

Besides e-mail support, during normal business hours (9 am and 6 pm) registered owners of our software may call (905) 820-2944. On any given day our internal support staff has direct and instant beeper access to 3 outside support engineers, if second or third opinions are required. This connected line of support offers our clients answers in an efficient and timely manner.
