This tool is used to mark individual pixel locations on an image. These pixel positions are used by some image processing functions such as Morph and Rotate.
The positions are typically selected interactively by the user, or can be loaded from a selection mask file.
The marker position is moveable while the mouse button is down. To reposition them afterwards, use the Node Edit tool or the Pointer tool. To remove them, use the Remove All or Remove Last selection functions.
